Job Description

Coordinate and support channel marketing for House of Rohl hardware lines, focusing on materials, launches, and cross-team collaboration.

  • Help maintain go-to-market plans for House of Rohl hardware channels, ensuring timelines and deliverables stay organized and current
  • Assist in the development and coordination of product sheets, marketing collateral, sales tools, and promotional materials
  • Build product knowledge across EMTEK® and Schaub portfolios, including features, specifications, finishes, and dimensions
  • Gather competitive insights and customer feedback to inform future opportunities
  • Coordinate updates to product information across price lists, websites, specification sheets, and e-commerce platforms
  • Assist in preparing presentations, training materials, customer-facing content, and launch communications
  • Support logistics for trade shows, customer meetings, and sales events, including materials, shipments, and scheduling
  • Serve as a dependable team partner and provide day-to-day support on priority initiatives
  • Research questions, locate accurate information, and connect with internal partners to resolve requests quickly
  • Build strong relationships across Sales, Product Management, Creative, Customer Service, and Operations teams

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field, OR 2+ years of relevant experience in marketing
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with close attention to detail
  • Demonstrated ability to take initiative, accountability, and follow-through
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate across teams and build positive working relationships
  • Willingness & ability to travel (up to 10%)

Preferred

  • Internship or professional experience in marketing, brand support, or sales enablement
  • Familiarity with luxury home, kitchen, bath, or hardware product categories
  • Experience coordinating events, launches, or customer-facing materials
