Responsibilities

• Manage and develop a team of canvassers
• Run daily meetings and performance coaching
• Work in the field with the team
• Build a hiring pipeline
• Conduct interviews and onboarding
• Develop new canvassers into leaders
• Oversee lead generation campaigns
• Track production metrics
• Manage multiple teams

Requirements

• Canvassing or door-to-door sales experience
• Strong recruiting and training ability
• High energy and strong communication skills
• Comfortable leading teams in the field

• Leadership or management experience preferred
