Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Own the strategy and performance of integrated campaigns that drive new logo pipeline, shaping how we show up to buyers, tell our story, and convert interest into revenue.
  • Define the frontend of our most important demand motions, linking buyer pain points to clear, compelling campaign narratives that resonate across personas, industries, and channels.
  • Be accountable for pipeline outcomes, and evolve go-to-market approach from disconnected tactics to cohesive, buyer-led campaigns.
  • Influence funnel velocity, sales alignment, and how effectively Conga acquires new customers at scale.
  • Shapinge initial idea and campaign brief through to driving real pipeline impact with strong initiative and accountability.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Content, Paid Media, and Sales to align teams around a clear narrative and point of view

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in demand generation, integrated campaigns, or growth marketing
  • own full ownership of new-logo demand generation campaigns, from shaping the initial idea and campaign brief through to driving real pipeline impact
  • strong experience cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Content, Paid Media, and Sales teams
  • experience owning performance metrics and campaign reporting
  • deep understanding of persona-based marketing, buyer journeys, and buyer-centric messaging

  • strong buyer-first mindset and real empathy for customer pain points
  • ability to translate positioning into compelling, cohesive campaign narratives
  • comfort being accountable for outcomes, not just strategy or inputs
