Remote Business Development Specialist – US-Based  

Location: Remote (must be based in the United States)  

About the Role  

We’re looking for a motivated, results-driven Business Development Specialist to join our growing team. If you have a hunter mindset, strong communication skills, and a passion for building client relationships, this role is for you.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the US market  
• Engage potential clients via calls, emails, and LinkedIn  
• Schedule qualified meetings and demos  
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships  
• Develop outreach and sales strategies to increase revenue  
• Follow up on inbound and outbound leads to convert into clients  
• Collaborate with internal teams for smooth project handoffs  

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or account executive roles (US market experience preferred)  
• Strong verbal and written communication skills  
• Native or fluent English proficiency  
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote setting  
• Ability to manage a CRM and track outreach metrics  
• Bonus: Experience selling digital marketing, software, IT services, or SaaS
