Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the company’s social media presence across all platforms.
• Create engaging photo, video, and written content that showcases our properties, guest experiences, and brand.
• Execute marketing campaigns designed to increase awareness and drive bookings.
• Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across all marketing channels.
• Monitor social media performance and recommend new strategies to improve engagement and reach.
• Develop and maintain relationships with local businesses, attractions, restaurants, wedding venues, sports organizations, employers, tourism partners, and community organizations.
• Create referral partnerships and cross-promotional opportunities that generate new business.
• Represent Octa Collection at networking events, community functions, trade shows, and local events.
• Identify new opportunities to expand the company’s presence within the local market.
• Generate qualified leads that convert into room bookings.

Requirements

• Experience in marketing, business development, hospitality, tourism, sales, or a related field.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Comfortable creating content for social media, including photography and short-form video.
• Hospitality or vacation rental experience is a plus.
• Self-motivated, professional, and results-oriented with the ability to work independently.

Preferred

• Experience with Canva, Meta Business Suite, or similar marketing tools is preferred.
