Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to expand program reach and visibility.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with community partners.
• Identify new referral sources and partnership opportunities throughout lower Westchester.
• Represent the organization at outreach events, conferences, and community meetings.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing efforts with operational goals.
• Track outreach performance and provide regular reports to leadership.

Requirements

• Proven experience in business development, marketing, or community outreach — preferably within healthcare, social services, or home care.
• Knowledge of NHTD and TBI waiver programs (or willingness to learn quickly).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and follow-up abilities.
• Willingness to travel throughout lower Westchester and surrounding areas.
