Own and drive new business development with dental offices, guiding outreach from lead qualification to participation in product demonstrations and ongoing relationship-building, while coordinating events and partnerships and maintaining the CRM.

Responsibilities
- Research and identify prospective dental offices
- Make outbound phone calls and emails
- Schedule appointments, lunch-and-learns, and product demonstrations
- Follow up with prospective customers
- Coordinate CE events and marketing activities
- Maintain HubSpot CRM
- Build relationships with dental offices
- Reactivate inactive accounts
- Track weekly KPIs and pipeline activity
- Support strategic partnerships with DSOs and universities
Requirements
- 2+ years of business development, inside sales, appointment setting, or related experience
- Strong communication skills
- Highly organized
- Self-motivated
Preferred
- CRM experience preferred
- Dental experience is a plus but not required
