Job Description

Revaris Health is a healthcare marketing company using innovation to direct strategy, execution and market alignment to help clinics, labs and other companies in the healthcare space thrive.

ROLE OVERVIEW

The Business Development Associate is a field-based, relationship-driven role responsible for growing patient volume through proactive grassroots marketing and strategic outreach to referral sources across the Greater Gilbert area and surrounding East Valley communities. This is an ideal opportunity for a motivated, people-first professional who thrives outside the office, enjoys building authentic relationships, and wants to make a meaningful impact on people’s health and confidence.

You will represent our clinic at community events, visit physician offices, wellness providers, and other healthcare professionals to educate and engage potential referral partners, and drive new patient appointments through relationship-based selling.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Grassroots Community Outreach

  • Identify, target, and cultivate relationships with local referral sources including primary care physicians, OB-GYNs, plastic surgeons, med spas, fitness studios, and wellness practitioners
  • Conduct regular in-person visits to referral offices and partner businesses throughout the territory to build awareness and drive patient referrals
  • Represent the clinic at community health fairs, networking events, chamber of commerce meetings, and other local engagements
  • Distribute educational materials, clinic collateral, and promotional items to referral partners

Patient Acquisition

  • Develop and execute a territory plan to consistently generate new patient appointments
  • Track and manage referral relationships using CRM tools; maintain detailed records of outreach activity and outcomes
  • Follow up with referral partners to maintain engagement, share patient outcome stories (with appropriate consent), and reinforce the clinic’s value
  • Collaborate with the clinic team to support smooth patient intake and satisfaction

Brand Ambassador & Education

  • Serve as an enthusiastic, knowledgeable ambassador for the clinic’s services, treatments, and clinical team
  • Deliver compelling, clear presentations and elevator pitches about paramedical dermatology to varied audiences
  • Stay current on clinic services, treatment protocols, and industry trends to speak confidently with healthcare professionals and patients
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to align outreach efforts with broader campaigns and promotional calendars

QUALIFICATIONS

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Healthcare Administration, or related field — OR equivalent work experience
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; comfortable initiating conversations and building rapport quickly
  • Self-starter with strong time management skills and the ability to work independently in the field
  • Valid Arizona driver’s license and reliable personal transportation (mileage reimbursement provided)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace; comfortable learning CRM software

Preferred

  • Experience in healthcare, medical sales, aesthetics, wellness, or beauty industries
  • Familiarity with medical dermatology, paramedical esthetics, or clinical skin care
  • 1+ year of experience in sales, business development, marketing, healthcare outreach, or a customer-facing role (internship experience welcome)

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

  • Base salary: $50,000–$65,000 annually, commensurate with experience
  • Commission structure: performance-based commission on new patient referrals and revenue targets
  • Mileage reimbursement
  • Paid time off and observed holidays
  • Ongoing training in paramedical dermatology and sales development
  • Supportive, mission-driven team environment with room to grow

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE

In your first 90 days, you will learn our services inside and out, map your territory, and begin building a pipeline of referral relationships. Within three months, you will be consistently driving new patient appointments and hitting your referral targets. Top performers in this role have the opportunity to grow into senior sales, marketing leadership, or territory management positions as the clinic expands.
