Job Summary

Own the agency’s new business and partnerships workflow, translating market opportunities into compelling proposals, sales materials, and partner communications while coordinating content, design, and social presence across campaigns.

  • New Business & Partnerships: lead proposals, sales enablement, and primary contact for partnerships.
  • Content Creation & Design: produce marketing materials and copy for digital assets and joint marketing with partners.
  • Project, Content & Social Management: manage calendars, assets, deadlines, and social channels.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • New Business & Partnerships: Identify market opportunities, support campaigns, prepare proposals and sales materials, and serve as the primary contact for agency partnerships.
  • Content & Partnerships Marketing: Create content and materials to support joint marketing efforts with key technology partners.
  • Content Creation (Design & Copy): Design and produce marketing materials (social graphics, case studies, one-pagers, decks) and write clear, on-brand copy for digital assets.
  • Project & Content Management: Own content and communications calendar; collect assets and contributions from teams; ensure deadlines are met.
  • Social Media Management: Manage the agency's social presence (LinkedIn, Instagram, X) with scheduling, posting, and community engagement.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a communications role at a digital agency or fast-paced, client-focused environment.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a portfolio (blog posts, web copy, emails).
  • Demonstrable graphic design skills with proficiency in Figma, Canva, or Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills with ability to handle multiple projects.
  • Tech-savvy mindset; quick to learn new software; comfortable using AI to complete tasks.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
  • Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills across teams.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and self-motivated attitude.
