- Analyze process and performance data to identify patterns, gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities.
- Translate findings into requirements, recommendations, acceptance criteria, or implementation steps.
- Coordinate follow-up across business and project partners and keep changes traceable through completion.
Requirements
- Experience organizing requirements, process information, or operational data.
- Clear facilitation, listening, and written documentation skills.
- Ability to separate assumptions from verified facts and quantify findings where possible.
- Practical judgment when balancing stakeholder needs, risks, and delivery constraints.
