Job Summary

Own forecasting, market insight, and cross functional alignment to drive demand planning for existing and new products while turning data into actionable product marketing guidance.

  • Demand Analytics: Build and refine forecasting models, dashboards, and GKR tracking to illuminate demand and performance drivers.
  • Market & Competitive Intelligence: Monitor trends, customer patterns, and competitive dynamics to shape product marketing decisions.
  • Reporting & Stakeholder Enablement: Translate data into recommendations, support leadership with KPI visibility, and coordinate with sales, supply chain, and marketing for aligned plans.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and optimize complex Excel models, including macros, formulas, pivot tables, and advanced functions to support business analysis.
  • Analyze business data to identify demand trends, opportunities, and risks impacting product demand and marketing performance.
  • Create and maintain dashboards and reports to facilitate decision-making across product marketing and outbound marketing teams.
  • Conduct market analysis to evaluate industry trends, customer demand patterns, and competitive dynamics.
  • Identify, interpret, and communicate key market trends, drivers, and insights impacting product performance and market opportunities.
  • Translate data findings into clear, actionable recommendations for product marketing and business stakeholders.
  • Manage and provide regular updates for demand forecasts for existing products and new product designs in collaboration with inbound and outbound marketing teams.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams such as sales, supply chain, and marketing to ensure forecast accuracy and alignment.
  • Monitor actual performance against forecasts and recommend necessary adjustments.
  • Maintain and report Goals and Key Results (GKR) tracking spreadsheets, providing insights into progress against objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business, Marketing, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
  • 0–2 years of experience in business analysis, product marketing, market analysis, or related roles.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including macros (VBA), advanced formulas (INDEX/MATCH, XLOOKUP), pivot tables, and data visualization.
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce (reporting, data updates, dashboards).
  • Experience with Oracle systems for reporting and data analysis.
  • Experience with market research, competitive analysis, or trend forecasting.
  • Familiarity with forecasting models or demand planning tools.
  • Strong analytical thinking, communication skills, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and solve problems proactively.

Nice to have

  • Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Basic knowledge of SQL is a plus.
