In this role, you will work closely with product, engineering, and operations teams to analyze data, improve processes, and support strategic decision-making in a remote-first environment.

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories.
• Analyze data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and operations teams to support project delivery.
• Assist in developing reports, dashboards, and performance metrics.
• Monitor key business KPIs and support data-driven decision-making.
• Maintain clear documentation of processes, workflows, and requirements.

✅ Requirements

• 0–2 years of experience in business analysis, data analysis, operations, or a related role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Basic knowledge of SQL, Excel, or data analysis tools is a plus.
• Ability to interpret data and communicate insights clearly.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills.
• Good communication and stakeholder collaboration abilities.
• Familiarity with tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms is a plus.
• Fluent in English.
• Based in the United States with legal authorization to work full-time.
