Drive brand review and guidance for field teams, ensuring brand consistency through a consultative, process-driven approach.

  • Must-have: 3+ years in agency/brand/fast-paced settings with strong client-facing help-expertise.
  • Standout: Experience guiding templates/assets and using AI-enabled workflows to improve field enablement.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for brand review requests, responding to field teams and internal partners with timely, clear guidance.
  • Review a wide range of local marketing and brand submissions such as vehicle graphics, promotional items, signage, print pieces, digital ads, and font requests, and provide brand-aligned feedback within defined SLAs.
  • Provide creative consultation to field teams, helping them strengthen layout, readability, hierarchy, typography, imagery choices, and overall brand consistency.
  • Deliver constructive feedback daily in a way that is clear, respectful, and actionable, especially for non-creative partners.
  • Approve and manage customizable templates and assets within an internal digital asset management system.
  • Support local promotions and market-level campaigns by guiding field partners on best practices and brand standards.
  • Track submission trends and recurring issues, and surface insights that improve clarity, consistency, and field enablement over time.
  • Manage timelines, workflows, and deliverables for brand review and local marketing projects using a project management platform.
  • Escalate complex or strategic brand questions to appropriate partners when needed, and help translate decisions back to the field.
  • Participate in field or regional calls to ensure consistent messaging, reinforce standards, and answer questions in real time.
  • Support the testing and rollout of AI-enabled tools within brand review and creative workflows.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in an agency, brand, restaurant, retail, hospitality, or fast-paced service-oriented environment.
  • Proven ability to operate in a consultative, customer-facing role, with confidence guiding partners toward solutions.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities with quick turnarounds.
  • Clear, diplomatic communication skills, especially when giving feedback or navigating sensitive conversations.
  • A service-oriented mindset with a genuine desire to help field teams succeed.
  • Experience with project management tools and comfort working in structured workflows.
  • Familiarity with brand standards and visual quality. This role does not require hands-on design production, but it does require a strong eye and the ability to explain what works and what to improve.
  • Comfort learning new tools and processes, including AI-supported workflows.
  • Ability to stay calm, flexible, and solutions-oriented under pressure.

Preferred

  • Some formal design exposure such as a minor, coursework, certificate, or prior role responsibilities that included creative review, brand compliance, content production, or template-based design.
  • Experience providing feedback on creative work such as signage, print, email, social, digital ads, or local marketing materials.
  • Prior experience in a customer-facing role in a restaurant or hospitality environment, with an understanding of day-to-day operational realities.
  • Experience with digital asset management systems, templated creative tools, or brand portals.
  • Familiarity with common creative tools such as Adobe, Canva, or Figma, primarily for review, markup, or template navigation.

Benefits
