Brand Representative

Responsibilities

• Promote products to targeted customers and industry professionals.
• Develop and maintain relationships with builders, architects, designers, kitchen and bath dealers, and other key accounts.
• Visit customer locations regularly to increase product awareness and strengthen business relationships.
• Conduct product knowledge seminars and presentations at customer locations.
• Train customer sales teams on product offerings, features, benefits, and applications.
• Support existing customers with product information, sales resources, and ongoing relationship management.
• Identify opportunities to retain and grow existing customer accounts.
• Maintain accurate customer information and activity within the customer database.
• Prepare sales reports and provide updates as needed.
• Attend trade shows, conventions, customer events, and onsite seminars.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Some college coursework preferred..
• Retail merchandising or field marketing experience is a plus but not required.
• Experience in outside sales, territory sales, customer development, or business-to-business sales is a plus.
• Highly personable, outgoing, and comfortable interacting with customers.
• A confident communicator and presenter.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented.
• Proactive with a strong sense of urgency.
• Customer-focused and committed to providing a high level of service.
