Job Summary

Own and drive end-to-end brand campaigns and brand education initiatives, coordinating cross-functional teams, managing timelines and budgets, and reporting on KPIs to ensure brand consistency across channels.

  • Lead campaign planning, briefs, and asset delivery across digital, print, OOH, social, and audio.
  • Collaborate with product marketing, sales, and customer/community leads to source data and align on brand application.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Brand Campaign and Brand Identity Project Management:
  • - Ensure flawless campaign execution for brand campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, OOH, social media, audio.
  • - Assist in the development of campaign briefs.
  • - Ensure the internal creative team and/or agency partners have ample notice of creative requirements for project completion and equip them with materials/assets necessary for campaign success.
  • - Report on progress towards KPIs, flag challenges, anticipate bottlenecks and provide escalation management, for multiple projects simultaneously.
  • - Determine where additional cross-functional resources are needed and use collaboration skills to deliver results.
  • - Facilitate team meetings (i.e. kick-offs, status, internal/client reviews, etc.), and communicate action steps to ensure clarity and progress to goals.
  • - Manage campaign timelines with the internal creative team and agency partners.
  • - Establish and maintain clear and regular communications and status updates among team members, stakeholders and management.
  • - Work with product marketing and our customer community leads to source data that can be leveraged for brand campaigns.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience managing branding, advertising or marketing projects.
  • Experience in advertising, brand management or related roles, with a track record of successfully developing and implementing brand identity initiatives and brand campaigns.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and metrics to drive decision-making.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously and strong attention to detail.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Flexible and able to adapt to change.
  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools, such as Salesforce, Netsuite and Microsoft Office.
