Responsibilities

Research and identify brands that align with each influencer’s audience, content, niche, and personal brand.
Conduct consistent outreach to brands, PR agencies, influencer marketing agencies, and partnership contacts.
Pitch Thrive & Tell creators for paid partnerships, sponsored content, gifting opportunities, affiliate partnerships, events, and long-term brand relationships.
Build and maintain an organized pipeline of prospective, active, and past brand partners.
Develop personalized pitches using creator media kits, audience demographics, engagement metrics, previous campaign performance, and content examples.
Respond to inbound partnership inquiries and evaluate opportunities for creator fit.
Negotiate partnership rates, deliverables, timelines, usage rights, exclusivity, licensing, and other campaign terms in collaboration with the Thrive & Tell team.
Maintain strong relationships with brand representatives and identify opportunities for repeat partnerships.
Match partnership opportunities with the appropriate creators on Thrive & Tell’s roster.
Coordinate with the internal marketing and content team once partnerships are secured to ensure campaign expectations and deliverables are clearly communicated.

Requirements

Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Confident and professional when pitching, negotiating, and communicating with brands.
Highly organized and able to manage multiple conversations and opportunities at once.
Comfortable with cold outreach and persistent, professional follow-up.
Understanding of influencer marketing, social media, and branded content.
Ability to recognize whether a brand is genuinely aligned with a creator and their audience.
Strong relationship-building and networking skills.
Detail-oriented when reviewing campaign requirements, contracts, deliverables, and deadlines.
Self-motivated and comfortable taking ownership of partnership development.

Preferred

Previous experience in influencer marketing, talent management, PR, sales, business development, or brand partnerships.
Existing relationships with brands, PR agencies, or influencer marketing agencies.
Experience negotiating influencer rates and usage/licensing terms.
Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, affiliate marketing, and creator analytics.
