Position Summary

We are seeking a highly organized, creative, and execution-focused Brand Marketing Specialist to support Seraphina Therapeutics’ growing brand presence across social media, influencer, affiliate, and PR channels. This full-time remote role will play an important part in expanding brand awareness, engagement, and credibility as fatty15 continues its rapid growth.

This role sits at the intersection of content creation, influencer partnerships, affiliate coordination, marketing operations, and communications support. You will help execute and support day-to-day social and influencer initiatives while contributing to broader brand marketing efforts through strong organization, creativity, and operational support.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage the product sample process for influencers, affiliates, PR opportunities, and external brand partners, including coordinating timelines and delivery logistics
• Serve as the first point of contact for inbound influencer and affiliate interest, vetting potential partners for brand fit and escalating qualified opportunities
• Source new influencer and affiliate prospects across platforms such as ShopMy, TikTok, Instagram, and other relevant channels
• Initiate outreach and relationship-building efforts with prospective influencer and affiliate partners
• Approve affiliate sample requests, ensuring all creators align with company guidelines, target audiences, and brand standards
• Draft, prepare, and organize affiliate and influencer contracts, ensuring fees, deliverables, and partnership terms are clearly documented
• Lead content editing and operational management for paid and organic media assets, including FDA compliance review, captioning, formatting, resizing, expiration tracking, and asset organization
• Support the marketing team with helping to create and manage organic TikTok content strategy and execution, bringing fatty15’s science-backed, nerdy do-gooder brand voice to life
• Support PR and communications initiatives including awards submissions, deadlines, speaking engagement prep, podcast briefing materials, and founder visibility opportunities
• Continuously recommend innovative ideas, tools, and growth opportunities to improve social performance, influencer engagement, and operational efficiency
• Oversee monthly reporting, keeping track of metrics and KPIs, and pulling data and insights were needed 

Qualifications

Required Experience & Technical Skills

• Approximately 3 years of experience in social media, influencer marketing, affiliate management, digital marketing, PR, or related brand-building roles
• Experience managing influencer partnerships, affiliate relationships, or creator ecosystems
• Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, ShopMy, affiliate platforms, and emerging social channels
• Experience editing short-form social content for paid and organic campaigns, including front-facing, speaking to camera content 
• Familiarity with content compliance standards, preferably within regulated industries
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Experience drafting contracts, managing deliverables, and tracking deadlines
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with social media tools, spreadsheets, and project management platforms
