Brand Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

• Master Marketing Calendar
• Own and maintain a single, company-wide marketing calendar spanning digital campaigns, PR moments, influencer activity, catalog drops, and wholesale/retail events, so all channels reinforce the same brand story each season.
• Coordinate calendar inputs from the Senior Digital Marketing Manager, PR agencies, and the Wholesale Director to prevent conflicts and gaps across teams.
• Align the calendar to the product launch and buying/collection calendar.
• Public Relations
• Serve as the primary day-to-day contact with Xirena's PR agencies in New York and Paris.
• Brief agencies on brand priorities, product launches, and key moments; manage media strategy and coverage tracking.
• Coordinate with the PR agencies' seeding and creator relationships to avoid duplicating ShopMy-driven gifting efforts.
• Influencer & Affiliate Marketing
• Own Xirena's influencer and affiliate marketing program, including creator recruitment, gifting/seeding logistics, and commission/affiliate structuring on ShopMy.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 3+ years of brand or marketing experience, ideally in fashion, apparel, or another contemporary consumer category.
• Hands-on experience with ShopMy or a comparable influencer/affiliate marketing platform.
• Experience managing external marketing and/or PR agencies.
• Experience with print/catalog marketing production is a plus.
• Exposure to wholesale marketing (trunk shows, key account marketing, shop-in-shop) is a plus.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to run multiple channels and stakeholders at once.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented, collaborative, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, lean team environment.
