Responsibilities

• Business Analysis & Reporting (40%)
• - Analyze brand, category, and competitive performance using Circana and other sales and consumption data sources
• - Maintain monthly reporting dashboards (revenue, profitability, distribution, pricing, trade spend, etc.)
• - Identify key drivers of business performance and deliver clear, concise insights and recommendations to Brand leadership
• Budget Management & Financial Operations (35%)
• - Own day-to-day management of the marketing budget, including tracking spend against plan
• - Maintain and reconcile budget trackers in Excel to ensure accurate forecasting
• - Partner with Finance to support monthly accruals, forecasting updates, and variance analysis
• - Manage invoice processing, purchase orders, and vendor payments in coordination with internal systems
• - Ensure marketing investments are aligned with approved budgets and proactively flag discrepancies or risks

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required (Finance, Accounting, Business, Marketing, or related field preferred)
• 1–3 years of experience in marketing analytics, finance, accounting, consulting, or related field
• Experience managing budgets, invoices, accruals, or financial reporting strongly preferred
• Experience in CPG or consumer-focused businesses a plus
