Responsibilities

• Act as the primary representative of the brand at retail locations, events, and promotional activities
• Engage with customers through in-person interactions, product demos, and demonstrations to highlight product features and benefits
• Collect valuable data during events and customer interactions to inform marketing strategies
• Manage social media accounts by creating engaging content, sharing event updates, and responding to followers to boost online presence
• Build strong relationships with customers by providing exceptional service and addressing questions or concerns effectively
• Promote products actively through in-store displays, sampling opportunities, and event participation
• Deliver compelling public speaking presentations at events to educate audiences about the brand and its offerings

Requirements

• Previous experience in food service or customer-facing roles is highly desirable
• Strong communication skills with the ability to connect authentically with diverse audiences
• Bilingual abilities are a plus for engaging with a broader customer base
• Experience in event marketing or promoting products in retail settings preferred
• Knowledge of social media management tools and content creation techniques
• Demonstrated ability to handle sales objections confidently and professionally
• Technical proficiency with smartphones, tablets, or other digital devices for data collection and social media posting
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building lasting relationships
• Retail store product knowledge or familiarity with branding strategies is advantageous
• Comfortable speaking publicly and representing the brand confidently in various settings
