Responsibilities

• Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits to potential customers.
• Engage with customers in various settings, providing exceptional customer service and addressing inquiries.
• Utilize social media platforms to promote brand initiatives and engage with the online community.
• Collect data on customer feedback and preferences to inform marketing strategies.
• Participate in public speaking events to represent the brand at trade shows, community events, or promotional activities.
• Collaborate with sales teams to drive product sales and meet marketing objectives.
• Maintain a strong understanding of market trends and competitor activities to effectively position the brand.

Requirements

• Proven ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences.
• Experience in product demos or sales is highly desirable.
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on building relationships.
• Ability to collect data for market insights.
• Public speaking experience is a plus, showcasing confidence in front of an audience.
• Passion for cannabis education
