Responsibilities

• Grow awareness of Pivot: SHIFT Ahead and The Inspire Collective beyond our current community. Get the stories and wins happening inside our calls and events in front of new people.
• Own the visual identity and brand consistency across Pivot: SHIFT Ahead, The Inspire Collective, Elevate, and Advance. Working closely with our Social Media Team to ensuring every piece of content reflects our brand system (typography, color palette, logo usage, voice).
• Turn raw content and research, call transcripts, verbatim quotes, narrative sequencing, into finished, branded assets.
• Support marketing and promotion for Elevate and Advance events, working within the broader brand system.
• Make judgment calls on content quality and fit, knowing when something's ready to publish and when it needs another pass.
• Bring new ideas for growing our social presence and audience engagement over time.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in social media, content, brand, or marketing. A first or second job is welcome; what matters most is taste, execution quality, and eagerness to grow
• A strong eye for design and consistency. You notice when something's off-brand.
• Comfort working across platforms.
• Some exposure to managing people, projects, or both.
• Excellent written communication; you can capture a voice and stay consistent with it
• Organized and reliable.
• Coachable and low-ego
