Responsibilities

• Co-packer operations and production coordination, inventory, and reorders.
• Festival calendar management including research, applications, vendor logistics, and booth execution.
• Field sales and retailer/venue pitching in Chicago along with brand presence through activations and on-the-ground storytelling.
• Build the systems and team as the brand grows.

Requirements

• Early CPG or food/bev startup experience with hands-on exposure in an early-stage environment.
• Proven booth activation experience; not just attending events.
• Operator-first mindset able to manage a co-packer call in the morning and run a festival booth in the afternoon; strong Chicago network in food/music/events.
