Brand Champion

Responsibilities

• Field Marketing
• Gain expertise with all brand marketing programs and requirements
• Execute training and implementation program for all BHF dealers and site level staff
• Conduct regular on-site brand program demonstrations and training with site staff
• Conduct on-site visits to support image stewardship execution and educate on program elements
• Utilize all brand program data to analyze and improve execution and site level performance
• Execute initial and ongoing dealer and site level staff training of branded websites and resources
• Participate in grand opening and customer appreciation events for assigned customers
• Utilize the onboarding roadmap to support new customers transition to new brand
• Help assigned BHF customers stay compliant with brand IT requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, Communication or a sales related field preferred.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong computer skills and able to learn company systems and processes.
• Adheres to the company’s values and ethical expectations
• Able to effectively multitask.
• Able to assist and relate to multiple leadership types in multiple industries simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Able to work with tight timelines and to handle stressful situations with integrity
