Job Description

Responsibilities

  • As an ABC Brand Ambassador Supervisor, you're primary responsibility is to conduct initial interviews, train, supervise, and coordinate schedules and activities of Brand Ambassadors who set leads for in-home consultations (while at one or more of the locations of our partners) for the custom installation or replacement of water treatment systems, or air conditioning and heating systems.
  • When possible, the Supervisor will be expected to also serve in the role of a Brand Ambassador.
  • Brand Ambassadors must be friendly, assertive and energetic at all times and must possess the ability to speak respectfully and persuasively with all types of people and demonstrate a great work ethic, positive attitude and self-motivation.
  • Conduct initial interviews, train, coordinate schedules and supervise the Brand Ambassador team.
  • Develop and maintain highly productive and positive business relationships with employees, supervisors and managers of each warehouse location.
  • Coordination with service managers, sales people and ABC Lead Coordinator for scheduling and reviewing lead generation goals and execution.
  • Set-up, coordination, take-down and storage of road-show displays; maintaining kiosk displays (including graphics and adequate supply of brochures).
  • Set sales calls in the warehouse lead-management system.
  • Representing and/or marketing the brands (and products/services) of the warehouse company (e.g., Costco, Lowes), the manufacturing company (e.g., Lennox, Carrier or EcoWater) and the service company (ABC Home & Commercial) in a highly positive, professional and courteous manner.
  • Ensuring a professional impression of all companies at all times and in all circumstances (even if the only exchange is a friendly “smile”).

Requirements

  • Must hold a valid driver's license with an issue date of at least five years prior to the date of this application.
  • Supervision experience (required).
  • Excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to build rapport with members/clients.
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Must be capable of standing for long periods of time.
  • Ability to stay focused in an environment that may be prone to continuous distractions and interruptions.
  • Ability to work weekends with minimal supervision required.
  • Required to operate a company vehicle and observe all related company driving policies.
  • Able to drive a vehicle and safely enter and exit a truck or car

Preferred

  • Merchandising experience (preferred)
  • Prior experience in sales, marketing or customer service is preferred.
