Own Cirona Labs field activation programs in NYC, leading store visits, staff education, influencer-friendly content creation, and live event coverage while collaborating with marketing and brand teams to drive engagement and product trials.
Job Description
Responsibilities
- Schedule and execute regular dispensary visits, vendor days, and in-store activations
- Educate budtenders and retail staff on products, effects, and brand story
- Build strong relationships with store managers, buyers, and key staff
- Ensure proper merchandising, display setup, and POS placement
- Support new product launches and in-store promotions
- Track and report on store visits, activations, and competitive insights
- Coordinate and participate in events, pop-ups, and brand activations
- Represent Cirona Labs and its brands with energy, professionalism, and authenticity
- Drive consumer engagement and trial
- Capture high-quality photo and video content during store visits, events, and activations
Requirements
- Must be 21+ and compliant with NY cannabis regulations
- Reliable transportation and the ability to travel within NYC boroughs
- Ability to work evenings and weekends
- Passion for cannabis, branding, and culture
- Experience in events, promotions, or field marketing
- Experience creating social media content (personal or professional)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Natural storyteller with an eye for content and culture
- Comfortable on camera and behind it
- Highly organized with strong follow-through
Preferred
- Previous experience as a Brand Ambassador, Budtender, or in cannabis retail preferred
