Responsibilities

• Your job is simple: keep your eyes open, leverage your local network, and connect us with property owners who need premium interior or exterior painting.
• The Division of Labor
• You point: You spot a home with peeling exterior paint, or a friend mentions they want to update their interior or cabinets. You submit their contact info to our private portal.
• We pitch: Our elite Outside Sales Closers step in, provide the estimate, and secure the contract.
• We produce: Our professional crews execute a flawless finish.
• You get paid: The moment the job is signed and the deposit clears, your bounty is locked in.

Requirements

• Adjacent Trades: Roofers, landscapers, HVAC techs, and cleaners who are already at the property and see the peeling paint before anyone else does.
• Local Connectors: Realtors, property managers, or HOA board members with deep community ties.
• The Hustler: Anyone in the Flagstaff, or Northern Arizona (Sedona, Prescott, Cottonwood, etc.) areas who walks their neighborhood, has a good eye for deteriorating exteriors, and has the confidence to hand a homeowner a brochure.
