Job Summary
Own the in-person brand touchpoints with homeowners at events and partner sites, turning conversations into qualified leads and setting up free in-home consultations for the sales team.
- Brand Representation: Own front-line presence at events, stores, and community locations to spark interest in window and door solutions.
- Lead Generation & Scheduling: Move conversations toward signups for in-home consultations and coordinate with the sales team.
- Product Knowledge & Messaging: Communicate solution benefits clearly to diverse homeowners and answer common questions.

Responsibilities
- Represent the brand at events, retail stores, and community locations
- Start conversations and connect with potential customers
- Share information about our window and door solutions
- Help set up free in-home consultations for the sales team
Requirements
- Comfortable talking to new people and building rapport
- Positive, reliable, and self-motivated
- Interested in gaining experience in sales, marketing, or customer engagement
- Able to stand for extended periods during events and lift up to 50-lbs
- Personal reliable transportation required
- Valid driver’s license
