Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Represent nationally recognized nonprofit organizations with professionalism and enthusiasm.
  • Engage with the public through face-to-face conversations at pre-approved community locations and events.
  • Educate potential supporters about each organization's mission and impact.
  • Answer questions and build genuine relationships with community members.
  • Inspire individuals to become recurring supporters of meaningful causes.
  • Meet individual and team performance goals while delivering an exceptional experience.
  • Collaborate with a positive, goal-oriented team.

Requirements

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Positive attitude with a professional appearance.
  • Confidence speaking with new people.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Sales, customer service, hospitality, retail, or event experience is a plus but not required.
