Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Represent LY Prestige at community events, schools, and outreach activities.
  • Engage with families and provide information about available programs and resources.
  • Assist eligible families with The Book Club Program.
  • Distribute flyers, books, and promotional materials.
  • Set up and maintain a clean, professional event table.
  • Take required event photos and submit registration/outreach reports.
  • Arrive on time and maintain professional communication with management.
  • Travel to assigned locations throughout Miami-Dade County.

Requirements

  • Reliable transportation.
  • Dependable, punctual, professional, and comfortable speaking with the public.
  • Ability to use a smartphone/tablet to assist with registrations and reporting.
  • Flexible availability, including weekends.
  • Must complete required onboarding and training.
  • English required; Haitian Creole and/or Spanish is a plus.
  • We are looking for individuals who are dependable, community-focused, and ready to professionally represent LY Prestige in the community.
