• • Assist customers in scheduling free home consultations with our specialists.
• • Address questions, resolve minor concerns, and ensure a smooth customer experience from introduction to appointment scheduling.
• • Maintain accurate customer records and follow up with interested homeowners.
• • Represent the Ameritech Construction brand professionally at community events, trade shows, and local neighborhoods.
• • Educate homeowners about our energy-saving products and services.
• • Create a positive first impression that builds trust and brand awareness.
• • Help connect customers with consultation specialists to assess their home improvement needs.
