Job Description

Greet and engage prospective tenants, providing detailed information about available rental properties and community amenities.
Conduct property tours, highlighting key features and addressing any questions or concerns to assist prospects in making informed decisions.
Process rental applications, verify applicant information, and coordinate lease signings in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, rental rates, and competitor offerings to effectively position properties and meet occupancy targets.
Collaborate with property management and maintenance teams to ensure properties are well-presented and ready for new tenants.
Utilize flexible scheduling to accommodate prospective tenants’ availability, including evenings and weekends as needed.
Track and report on leasing activity, sales goals, and occupancy metrics to management regularly.

High school diploma or equivalent.
Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals in a customer-facing role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of leasing laws and rental market practices in the United States.
Flexibility to work varied hours including evenings and weekends.
