Job Description

  • Client ownership: own accounts with daily prioritization and team alignment to meet client expectations and quality standards.
  • Senior media strategy: direct strategy on high-impact assignments while delegating to team by skill.
  • People leadership: coach junior staff, conduct performance reviews, and shape your own leadership style.
  • Content and press leadership: write and oversee strategic press releases, blog posts, media queries, and social content.
  • Senior client liaison: serve as the day-to-day client contact, field inquiries, and deliver high-quality service.
  • Business development: contribute to new business discussions and help grow the client portfolio.
  • Strategic voice: collaborate with senior leadership to sharpen the firm’s strategic stance and expand client relations.
  • Firm initiatives: champion internal programs, contribute to staff training, and share industry insights with the team.
  • AI-enabled workflow: leverage AI tools to accelerate research, media monitoring, content drafting, and client intelligence.
