Responsibilities

• Own and manage content calendars across multiple client accounts.
• Develop and execute content strategies and tactics that grow followers, boost engagement, and drive leads/sales.
• Write punchy captions, brainstorm trends, and oversee content from concept to publish.
• Attend onsite shoots to direct, capture, and collaborate on engaging Reels, stories, and static content, and possibly be in front of the camera.
• Communicate directly with clients to align on goals, creative direction, and deliverables.
• Analyze performance metrics to optimize campaigns in real-time.
• Use tools like CapCut, Canva, and AI (like ChatGPT) to streamline your workflow and amplify creativity.
• Keep your finger on the pulse of social trends to ensure our clients stay ahead of the curve.
• Build and nurture online communities with genuine engagement and social listening.
• Hybrid: 2–3 days in-office per week (in The Heights or on location for shoots).

Requirements

• 1+ year of social media marketing experience, preferably managing multiple accounts.
• organized multitasker who thrives in fast-paced, collaborative environments.
• comfortable being in front of camera.
• ideate, write, direct, and edit content with a clear creative vision.
• confident talking to clients and leading creative conversations.
• obsessed with creating content that looks great and performs.
• eye for detail and a heart for storytelling.
• familiar with Reels, TikTok, trends, and platform nuances.
