Role Description

The Associate Media Director is responsible for managing and growing their accounts by leading media planning and execution. This full-time role is based in Chicago, IL, with flexibility for in-person or remote work. Responsibilities include nurturing client relationships to ensure successful media campaigns, developing and presenting media strategies and plans, managing budgets, collaborating with internal media buyers and external vendors, providing performance analysis, negotiation, and some hands-on media execution.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Media Planning with a proven ability to develop effective and innovative campaign frameworks.
• Demonstrated expertise in online and or offline media, with a strong understanding of emerging trends and channels.
• Experience in Digital Marketing, including campaign execution, analysis, and optimization to meet engagement and performance goals.
• Strong communication and client-facing skills, with the ability to deliver impactful presentations and build trustworthy relationships.
• Proficiency with media planning tools and data analysis software is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid environment, demonstrating adaptability and time management skills.
