Role Description

TEC Direct Media is seeking a part-time or full-time Associate Media Director who can work remotely and or in-person from our Chicago office. The Associate Media Director will lead media planning, strategy, oversee media buying processes, and above all manage the client relationship on assigned accounts. The role involves supervising cross-platform campaigns, collaborating with internal teams, and leveraging data-driven insights to optimize media budgets and campaign outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Media Planning and Media Strategy, including the ability to design and manage effective media campaigns.
• Proficiency in using AI tools
• Experience with New Media and Digital Media platforms, including emerging channels and technologies.
• Strong Digital Marketing skills, with a focus on performance optimization and driving ROI.
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to interpret data and apply insights to improve media effectiveness.
• Effective leadership and team management skills to guide, mentor, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field preferred.
• Experience in a media agency or media-related role is highly desirable.
