Job Description

Own coordinating asset production and delivery across email, media, web, and social to support integrated marketing programs and campaigns.

  • Responsibilities: Support the planning and execution of Red Kap’s integrated marketing programs across product launches, campaigns, and evergreen initiatives.
  • Responsibilities: Coordinate marketing asset creation and turn assets into channel-ready deliverables for email, media, web, and social.
  • Responsibilities: Work with Marketing Managers, creatives, and cross-functional teams to keep work on brief, on brand, and on time.
  • Responsibilities: Support the execution of the annual marketing plan and campaign calendar across priority channels.
  • Responsibilities: Translate briefs into clear plans, timelines, and deliverable lists for internal and external partners.
  • Responsibilities: Coordinate asset production needs with internal photography services and external partners.
  • Responsibilities: Ensure assets align with GTM and campaign priorities for multi-channel use.
  • Responsibilities: Manage development of channel-ready deliverables from brief through final files, routing for feedback and approvals.
  • Responsibilities: Partner with channel owners to ensure deliverables support GTM and campaign goals.
  • Responsibilities: Support email program and lifecycle marketing initiatives as needed.
  • Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in marketing, business, or related field
  • Requirements: 3-5 years of relevant marketing experience
  • Requirements: Proven success in executing marketing plans and campaigns
  • Requirements: Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills
  • Requirements: Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Requirements: Experience in email retention marketing
  • Requirements: Experience in growth driving paid media across a number of channels
  • Requirements: Self-starter who isn’t afraid to ask questions and roll-up their sleeves
  • Requirements: Willingness to travel occasionally
