Job Summary

Own North American consumer insights as the trigger for fragrance marketing and growth, turning market data into tangible programs for customers and cross-functional teams.

  • Growth/insights: translate consumer and market signals into B2B and B2C programs that move growth and engagement.
  • Cross-functional partnerships: align Sales, Evaluation, CMI, Perfumers, and Innovation on concepts and campaigns.
  • Storytelling and mentorship: craft marketing programs that convey fragrance emotion and mentor the marketing team.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Build deep insight into the North American Consumer product market, analyzing competitive landscape, consumer preferences and industry trends.
  • Identify growth opportunities and translate market intelligence into applicable strategies for customers and team members.
  • Partner with Sales, Evaluation, Consumer & Market Insights (CMI), Perfumers, and Innovation teams to develop winning fragrance concepts and marketing initiatives.
  • Lead the development of compelling presentations, storytelling, and marketing programs that communicate the emotional impact of fragrance.
  • Collaborate across departments and regions to support business growth across the Consumer Products business.
  • Build customer relationships and serve as a trusted strategic marketing partner.
  • Mentor marketing team members while promoting a collaborative culture.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • 10+ years of progressive marketing experience within fragrance, home care, beauty, CPG, or a related industry.
  • Experience developing B2B and B2C marketing strategies with an understanding of digital marketing and consumer engagement.
  • A passion for fragrance and innovation, always curious to discover and share what’s next.
  • Expertise turning consumer and market insights into innovative marketing programs and business growth.
  • Strong verbal, written, and presentation abilities.
  • Experience building collaborative partnerships and influencing cross-functional teams within a matrix organization.
  • Experience creating meaningful consumer experiences.

Preferred

  • MBA is a plus.
