Job Description

Responsibilities

You will help drive a cohesive launch strategy and execution playbook for one of our newest business lines.
You will quickly become an expert about our product, operations, and Merchants.
You will be on the forefront of expansion; building models, creating documents, and implementing processes to win deals, accelerate launches, and improve launch quality.
Build – Bring structure to undefined opportunities by creating and implementing high-impact playbooks, models, processes, and tools that help us grow new business more quickly and effectively
Influence – Work cross-functionally with our Business Development, Logistics, and operations teams to rapidly scale new business
Prioritize – Understand the needs of our partners, prioritize those needs by impact, assess tradeoffs, and design solutions to drive both speed and quality outcomes
Analyze – Solve key problems with a data-driven, first-principles approach (identification, sizing, pricing, impact, root causing, trade offs)
Act with urgency and take ownership; you quickly jump on the most important issues and you are capable of driving multiple work streams simultaneously
Have strong cross-functional skills and experience with projects spanning multiple teams
You are organized and appreciate the importance of following process and thorough documentation
Have previous experience working in eCommerce and/or logistics
Are curious about the business and how things work; you ask great questions and are not afraid to challenge the status-quo

The national base pay range for this position within the United States, including Illinois and Colorado.
