Job Summary

Own the end-to-end GTM machine, including launch systems, messaging, enablement, and an AI-powered workflow, while orchestrating cross-functional workstreams from product to marketing.

  • Lead repeatable alpha/beta/GA launch processes and readiness packages.
  • Translate complex ad-tech into clear, human-focused narratives and value props.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • - GTM Systems & Launch Ops: Own a repeatable launch framework — define alpha/beta/GA gates, launch checklists, QA/readiness mandates, and standardized launch packages so GTM is ready the moment the product is.
  • - Positioning & Messaging: Translate complex ad-tech capabilities into clear, human-first narratives and value props by persona and vertical, responding quickly to bespoke, in-the-moment opportunities while keeping product voice and positioning consistent.
  • - Enablement & Competitive Intelligence: Build and maintain the competitive toolkit — battle cards, comparisons, objection handling, and demo/pitch materials — and train the field to use it with confidence.
  • - AI-Powered GTM Engine: Design, build, audit, and modernize AI/LLM “skills” and workflows that scale PMM output and keep assets current.
  • - Cross-Functional Orchestration: Partner across Product (US + India pods), Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Events to keep roadmap, messaging, and market needs aligned — owning each workstream end to end.

Requirements

  • - 6–8 years of experience in product marketing / GTM in adtech, with hands-on experience shipping high-stakes products to market.
  • - Strong understanding of the programmatic ecosystem — DSPs, CTV, audience targeting, and partnership / supply ecosystems.
  • - Proven ability to translate technical product depth into clear, simple, human-first messaging.
  • - Track record building repeatable GTM / launch systems (alpha/beta/GA, QA, launch packages) — process discipline and follow-through to completion.
  • - Ability to project manage from start to launch with attention to detail.
  • - Highly collaborative, self-directed IC who owns and finishes workstreams; comfortable in a fast-moving startup environment.

Preferred

  • - Background at a specialized / independent DSP.
  • - Hands-on experience with AI/LLM tooling to build and maintain GTM “skills” / workflows.
  • - Monday.com proficiency.
  • - Exposure to regulated verticals (political and/or healthcare).

Benefits

  • - 100% Employer-Paid Healthcare: IQM covers 100% of employee healthcare premiums, so you can focus on your work, not your benefits costs.
  • - Health and Wellness: Stay in top shape with multiple medical plan options, plus dental and vision coverage. A healthy smile and clear vision go a long way.
  • - Future Proof Your Finances: Our 401(k) program comes with a 3% company match, and you can save anywhere from 1% to 80% of your paycheck, whether retirement means a beach, the mountains, or something in between.
  • - Total Well-Being: From physical health to mental wellness and financial peace of mind, we offer resources to support every part of your journey, so you can feel great and do your best work.
  • - At IQM, we’re not just building a team, we’re creating a workplace where you can thrive!
