Job Summary

Lead the brand strategy and portfolio craft in a complex biologics landscape, translating clinical data into differentiated messaging while coordinating across Sales, Medical Affairs, Market Access and Analytics to drive launches and lifecycle success.

  • Own brand strategy, annual plans, and KPIs across dermatology, immunology, and rheumatology to drive growth and adoption.
  • Coordinate cross functional execution to translate strategy into launches and lifecycle optimization with payers, access teams, and field
  • Shape messaging and field readiness by turning clinical insights into platforms for HCPs, patients, and payers.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Co-own and shape the long-range brand strategy, ensuring alignment with corporate priorities and evolving market dynamics
  • Lead development of annual brand plans, financial forecasts, and strategic imperatives, with accountability for performance across indications
  • Drive enterprise-level strategic decision-making by synthesizing market insights, competitive intelligence, and customer needs
  • Serve as a key strategic partner to senior leadership, influencing brand direction and investment prioritization
  • Lead end-to-end launch strategy and execution for Psoriatic Arthritis (PsA), ensuring best-in-class readiness across all customer touchpoints
  • Define and drive market expansion strategies within rheumatology and adjacent inflammatory disease areas
  • Establish clear value propositions and positioning to differentiate in highly competitive biologics markets
  • Engineer integrated customer engagement strategies across HCPs, patients, and key stakeholders
  • Translate emerging clinical data and insights into compelling, differentiated messaging platforms
  • Oversee KOL engagement strategy to shape perception, advocacy, and scientific leadership

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • MBA or advanced degree preferred
  • 7+ years of progressive pharmaceutical/biotech commercial experience, with increasing strategic responsibility
  • Demonstrated experience in US biologics marketing within dermatology, immunology, or rheumatology required
  • Proven track record of leading key brand initiatives, including product launches and lifecycle strategy
  • Strong experience developing and executing integrated HCP and patient marketing strategies
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence senior stakeholders
  • Advanced experience in market analytics, forecasting, and financial management
  • Deep understanding of specialty market dynamics, including access, reimbursement, and payer landscape
  • Experience managing complex agency ecosystems and multimillion-dollar budgets

Preferred

  • MBA or advanced degree preferred
  • 7+ years of progressive pharmaceutical/biotech commercial experience, with increasing strategic responsibility (within education)
  • Advanced experience in market analytics, forecasting, and financial management (within education)
