Responsibilities

• Lead tactical planning and execution of media campaigns, ensuring alignment with client goals and parameters across online and offline channels
• Develop and maintain relationships with media partners, identifying new opportunities and innovations to drive client success
• Provide strategic guidance and mentorship to junior team members
• Analyze root causes of problems and develop ways to rectify them, improving processes and team dynamics
• Communicate effectively with key stakeholders, leading client presentations and meetings
• Drive business results through clear and persuasive delivery of information, representing the company’s values and goals internally and externally

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred, 5.5+ years of experience (2+ in pharma)
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and media applications (Prisma)
• Strategic thinking, organizational skills, and team leadership
• Effective communication and relationship building
• Strong technical understanding of media channels and planning
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time, and deliver accurate work product
