Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Design and produce high-quality creative assets across print and digital channels, including corporate collateral, presentations, social media graphics, digital campaigns, infographics, event materials, internal communications, and website graphics.
  • Lead assigned creative projects end-to-end by consulting with internal stakeholders to establish project goals, scope, requirements, timelines, and success criteria, then managing the design process through concept development, production, review cycles, and final delivery.
  • Partner with the Senior Director, Creative & Branding and internal stakeholders to interpret creative briefs and develop visually compelling solutions that support business objectives.
  • Apply and maintain corporate brand standards across all communications, ensuring consistency and quality throughout the organization.
  • Translate complex scientific, medical, and business information into clear, engaging visual communications.
  • Support the development of executive presentations and communications for leadership meetings, investor events, scientific conferences, and corporate initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Communications, Investor Relations, Medical Affairs, Human Resources, Commercial, and other cross-functional teams to deliver creative projects on schedule.
  • Prepare production-ready files and work with external vendors, agencies, and printers to ensure accurate execution of creative deliverables.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
  • Contribute creative ideas that strengthen the company’s visual identity and enhance engagement across audiences.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Fine Arts, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 4–6 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably within biotechnology, pharmaceutical, healthcare, or other highly regulated industries.
  • Exceptional portfolio demonstrating expertise across digital, print, presentation, and brand design.
  • Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Microsoft PowerPoint.
  • Experience designing for digital platforms, including social media, email, websites, and interactive content.
  • Strong understanding of typography, layout, color theory, visual hierarchy, and production processes.
  • Experience working within established brand guidelines while contributing fresh creative ideas.
  • Ability to simplify complex scientific and technical concepts into visually engaging communications.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple concurrent projects in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.

Preferred

  • Experience supporting executive-level presentations is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with video editing, motion graphics, Figma, Adobe After Effects, or illustration is a plus.
  • Knowledge of pharmaceutical promotional review processes and regulatory requirements is preferred.
