Responsibilities

• Work with team to produce prequals (RFQs)
• Review requirements of RFQs
• Assist with creative and technical writing
• Create and update staff resumes and project profiles
• Maintain/update Marketing database including custom reporting
• Coordinate event attendance & registration
• Provide research and administrative support to VP Business Development
• Other duties as assigned
• Create graphics for proposals, etc.
• Prepare award submissions

Requirements

• College degree in English, marketing, or communications and/or minimum 2 years related experience required.
• Exceptional attention to detail, follow up, and writing skills, proficient with Microsoft Office and familiar with Adobe InDesign and Acrobat Pro helpful.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office software.

Preferred

• Familiarity with InDesign publishing software and Unanet/Cosential database are helpful.
