Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Manage digital projects from intake through planning, execution, testing, launch, reporting, and optimization, including campaign launches, web updates, email programs, event communications, and donation forms.
  • Develop and maintain project plans and timelines to deliver high-quality deliverables to support fundraising initiatives.
  • Facilitate intake and discovery with stakeholders to clarify goals, audiences, and requirements to inform appropriate digital solutions.
  • Coordinate with teams and partners including content, design, web production, information systems, fundraising colleagues, and vendors.
  • Support email, web, and digital asset management by helping build campaigns, update content, manage list readiness, maintain standards, and troubleshoot production issues.
  • Coordinate quality assurance for digital deliverables.
  • Monitor competing priorities and resource needs, recommend adjustments to timing and scope as needed.
  • Track and report on digital performance metrics and campaign outcomes, preparing recommendations to improve donor experience, campaign execution, operational efficiency, and alignment with fundraising priorities.
  • Help standardize and improve digital workflows, intake processes, documentation, project templates, QA checklists, and team collaboration.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required and 3-5 years of experience managing digital communications, marketing, web, fundraising, or related projects.
  • Experience coordinating complex digital communications, marketing, web, and fundraising projects with strong knowledge of digital platforms and tools.
  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to define scope, build timelines, manage dependencies, facilitate meetings, document decisions, follow up on action items, and drive work to completion.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with sound judgment, professionalism, and the ability to translate technical or operational details for nontechnical stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage stakeholder expectations, competing priorities, sensitive information, and confidential information with care.
  • Working knowledge of digital communications channels and production tools, including websites, CMS platforms, email marketing, marketing automation, donation forms, event registration, analytics, and Microsoft 365 applications.
  • Ability to learn new programs as needed.
  • Ability to analyze data and identify trends to make recommendations for future digital engagement efforts.
  • Strong attention to detail, with a commitment to quality assurance, brand consistency, accessibility, user experience, best practices, and operational efficiency.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, communicate effectively and professionally with diverse audiences, adapt to shifting priorities, and maintain professionalism under pressure.

Preferred

  • Experience with WordPress, Marketo, Adobe Experience Manager a plus.
