• Assist the center director in managing daily operations, including staff scheduling, program planning, and resource allocation
• Support the implementation of curriculum and educational activities that promote developmental milestones and learning outcomes
• Supervise teaching staff, providing mentorship, performance evaluations, and ongoing professional development
• Ensure compliance with all licensing regulations, health and safety standards, and organizational policies
• Engage with families to foster positive relationships, address concerns, and communicate children's progress effectively
• Coordinate staff training sessions focused on best practices in early childhood education and child safety
• Oversee enrollment processes, maintain accurate records, and support marketing efforts to attract new families

• Proven experience in education administration within a childcare or preschool setting
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with young children and their families
• Strong leadership skills with experience supervising educational staff and managing team dynamics
• Knowledge of licensing requirements for childcare centers and familiarity with curriculum standards
• Excellent communication skills to engage diverse stakeholders and foster a collaborative environment
