Assistant Community Manager – 209-Unit Property
Location: Lancaster, CA 93536

We’re seeking a motivated and service-driven Assistant Community Manager to join our team at a well-maintained 209-unit apartment community in Lancaster, CA. This is a great opportunity to grow in the property management field.

The ideal candidate is professional, highly organized, and excels in customer service and sales. Strong written and verbal communication skills are a must. Experience with Yardi Voyager is a huge plus!

Key Responsibilities:

• Lease and market available apartments
• Provide excellent customer service to residents and prospects
• Process applications, prepare leases, and review addenda with new residents
• Handle rent collections and notices to vacate
• Conduct property tours and inspections
• Enter data accurately (leases, deposits, fees, etc.)
• Assist in resident retention and community events
• General office duties and support

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong computer and administrative skills
• Must pass background and drug screening (we are a drug/alcohol-free workplace)
