Job Summary

Own the short-form video editing and repurposing flow for TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook Reels, and YouTube Shorts, plus calendar and outreach support for affiliate marketing.

Video editing and platform repurposing: edit clips, add voiceovers, and tailor edits to our brand style across 4 major short-form channels.
Content ops and creator outreach: schedule posts, manage captions/links, and outreach with templates to recruit creators and onboard affiliates.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Edit short-form videos using provided video clips and voiceovers while matching our brand's editing style
Repurpose videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook Reels, and YouTube Shorts
Schedule posts across all platforms
Upload captions, hashtags, and product links
Organize video files and our content library
Review videos for spelling, formatting, and overall quality before scheduling
Research creators who may be a good fit for our brand
Send outreach messages using provided templates
Follow up with creators
Help onboard new affiliates

Requirements

Has experience editing short-form videos
Is highly organized and detail-oriented
Is able to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
Enjoys social media
Communicates professionally
Can work independently
Loves learning and improving
Is comfortable following established brand guidelines
Experience with: TikTok
