Job Summary
Own cross-functional leasing marketing for multifamily communities by turning data into action through targeted campaigns, plan-driven execution, and cross-team collaboration.

- Measurement: ongoing leasing and marketing metrics to inform decisions and reports.
- Actionability: 30/60/90 day plans and short/long term campaigns to hit occupancy targets.
Job Description
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with operational leadership to support marketing initiatives that align with leasing, traffic, and occupancy goals across an assigned portfolio.
- Develop and help execute marketing strategies for designated properties using internal resources, market insights, and preferred vendor partnerships.
- Audit marketing campaigns, property websites, and digital presence to identify opportunities to improve user experience, lead quality, and conversion performance.
- Analyze leasing and marketing performance metrics on an ongoing basis and prepare clear, actionable reports for operational leadership and clients.
- Recommend short-term and long-term marketing actions, including timelines, benchmarks, and measurable success indicators.
- Create 30-, 60-, and 90-day marketing action plans for communities not meeting occupancy, traffic, or leasing targets.
- Develop campaign ideas and promotional initiatives targeting prospective residents, resident referrals, and community engagement events.
- Support social media and digital marketing efforts that increase qualified traffic, strengthen brand presence, and improve lead generation.
- Provide training, guidance, and best practices to onsite teams related to leasing support, digital marketing fundamentals, and lead follow-up alignment.
- Present recommendations, findings, and strategy updates to operations leaders and ownership groups, clearly communicating benefits, risks, and expected outcomes.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field preferred.
- 2-4 years of experience in marketing, marketing analytics, or a similar support role, preferably within multifamily property management, real estate, or a related industry.
- Experience supporting marketing strategy, paid digital media, campaign execution, and data-driven decision-making.
- Demonstrated experience analyzing marketing and leasing performance metrics and translating findings into actionable recommendations.
- Working knowledge of digital marketing platforms, website analytics, and reporting tools, including Google Analytics.
- Experience with property management software and industry-related CRM platforms such as Anyone Home, Elise AI, or similar tools preferred.
- Experience presenting recommendations and performance insights to operational leaders, clients, or ownership groups preferred.
