Job Summary

Own and drive AI-powered marketing campaigns across multiple brands, shaping Meta advertising, cold email outreach, and a TikTok Shop presence from the ground up.

Build complete campaigns with AI across brands
Develop AI-written campaigns and AI-powered reply agents
Launch and manage TikTok Shop initiatives including influencer outreach

Job Description

Responsibilities

Meta advertising: Build complete campaigns with AI across multiple brands. Real ad spend is placed behind the campaigns you generate.
Cold email: Develop AI-written campaigns and AI-powered reply agents.
TikTok Shop: Help build VORO's TikTok Shop presence from the ground up this fall, including creator management and influencer outreach. Lillian Ruff is also exploring TikTok Shop.

Requirements

Genuine interest in marketing and a desire to build a career in it
Hands-on experience using AI tools beyond basic chat (prompting workflows, agents, content or campaign generation)
Strong writing ability and attention to detail
Self-directed: able to take a goal and run with it, working remotely with minimal oversight
Comfortable learning new tools quickly
